Summary: Fantastic place to stay in Phnom Penh! Beautiful 2 bed suite which is a home away from home. Really spacious, clean, well serviced, great pool and kids pool. We loved spending time in the social clubhouse too with the games/pool table. The brekkie downstairs was fantastic and they do lovely food all day aswell. We also ate at the French restaurant and pizza restaurant next door which were delicious. Aura massage spa also was fantastic and relaxing! Special mention to Dalin on the front desk who was really helpful and also got us a complimentary late check out until 3pm which was sooo helpful as our transfer was booked at 3pm to the airport (which we booked with them too, great service in a lovely new SUV). Thanks Peninsula we will definitely be back!

Summary: We liked the friendly service, great Rooftop pool and washing machine in room. We didn’t like that breakfast was next door expensive ($12/day) and they would only allow me one cappuccino. We quickly opted for the Starbucks (a short 5 min walk away) for the next 2 days. A cheap Tuk tuk ride was required to go in town. I also think the Bathroom was tiny. 2 people could not use it at the same time and lighting was terrible with no full length mirror.

Summary: The rooftop bar and infinity pool were a bit on the small side, but the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The drainage in the shower was not very good and water tended to collect around my feet, so the bathroom facilities were not entirely comfortable. However, that’s something I often expect at overseas hotels, so it wasn’t a major surprise. The breakfast venue was Maison Kayser, which is also popular in Japan. The interior had a lovely ambiance, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the coffee, and especially the croissants.

Summary: Staff was very helpful with all of our requests, drivers etc. we loved the pool and it was great having the family all stay together. Great location for what we wanted to do

Summary: This is a very clean hotel with great restaurants, pool, and gym. I had booked this hotel because they had washer/dryers in the unit. Turns out it's only a washer and there was no drying rack in the unit. The wonderful staff arrange for our laundry to be cleaned (cheaper than other hotels, but more expensive than contacting the Laundromat directly). My only criticism was the beds were too firm and the pillows too thin.

Summary: Bed frame broke in the third night. We were not staying in the next day so they had two days to fix. When we returned they still had not fixed. Eventually it was fixed safe stopped working. Overall room was solid but not over the top. Amenities were excellent. Top floor pool and bar area was great. Restaurant food was very good. After 8 days of room service, teenagers, the ninth day they would not let my kids sign for it. They came back and requested for us to pay cash. Notified the front desk, never heard back. Strange. Maybe our bad luck, but things were not handled well even though the were nice

Summary: Our stay at Peninsula Phnom Penh was great. We were in a 2 bedroom suite on 14th floor which was a big space for 2 of us. Suite had two balconies with great views. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, showers had good water pressure and hot water. We loved the rooftop bar and pool. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel was 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the walking street. We booked tuk tuk tour for sightseeing through the hotel. We would gladly stay at Peninsula again.
