Summary: Some staffs are extremely welcoming, but not all staffs. Lobby areas are very small. There is no coffee machine. There is no roof top bar. Staffs focus on certain guests.

Some minor details could be improved, but overall it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend it.

Summary: Good front desk staff but worst Peninsula experience. It lacks a lobby, rooms are small, no coffee or tea maker or iron & ironing board in the room, bath has only 1 sink, separate but small walk-in shower & tub, housekeeping forgot top bed sheet 2x, took away robes & slippers, elevators are old/small/slow and 2 of 4 not working.
