Positive: Location, clean and posh rooms

Negative: Triple charged me at checkout for breakfasts, double charged me and my friends (stayed in a different suite) for dinner. Did not help with luggage upon arrival - had to go inside to ask for help. Very low level service quality overall.

Positive: Everything! Especially the staff, they were amazing. Margaux and Isaac especially. We are used to 5 stars such as Ritz, Bristol, Corinthia and so on but the staff at the Peninsula in London is another level. The room was also very spacious and attention to detail spectacular. Plus they gave nice things for our dog to stay in the room, bed, bowls, leash, treats, towels, minéral water, dog menu…
