Positive: Excellent staff, beautiful view (need to book a Bosphorus view room for that), top class food, wonderful spa. Location is easy walk or short ride to all central sights.

Positive: 5 stars all across the board! This hotel is absolutely fantastic and the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in Istanbul. We were celebrating a birthday and they had a beautiful peninsula cake and card signed by staff waiting for us. View from our 4th floor room was gorgeous. The whole property is just breath taking, however, that is not what made it so special. It is the people that work there who were just SO WONDERFUL and really make the hotel. Nothing was too big or too difficult for them to organise. A bonus was having access to the hotel car to drive us to somewhere in the 4km region. I would love to mention individual people but everyone was so great that it would be unfair. Take a bow team - you are clearly doing everything right!! What a magical place this hotel is. We cannot wait to return here in the future!

Negative: The road is bottlenecked leading to the hotel but its inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. 2 min walk away will lead you to a main road that isnt as congested.
