Summary: Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious

Summary: It was a nice stay but initially they did not give us a nice room, later they shifted us to a better room after a complaint. They charged us for one more person,where as when I booked through you,I mentioned for three adults.

Summary: Visited with family and found this property outstanding in terms of reachability using car, ambience is open, away from Mall Road hustle, awesome food. Staff on reception was quite helpful and agreed to have few adjustments as there was a mistake while making online booking. Overall experience was awesome. Thank you
