Summary: We had a lovely stay, place is super convenient, maybe 10/15 minute drive from the airport, we hired a car (would recommend) we had a three bedroom room, was spacious had a deck, and some seating inside, they gave us breakfast for the first day, and we stocked up at the supermarket.

Summary: Pool was clean, safe and inviting. There were pool toys available and the poolside loungers were great. The room was clean, appropriately furnished and had great indoor- outdoor flow. The initial breakfast and local bananas and mango were a nice touch. Michelle and Svein were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. When my wife had a fall at night they were able to provide a great first aid kit, support and advice on local health care options for which we were very grateful. Couldn’t recommend Passage Villas highly enough.

Summary: Beautiful beach houses directly on the east coast of Rarotonga. Very clean. Comfortably furnished. The hosts fulfill all wishes, very attentive and helpful. We had a rental car and were anywhere on the island within 25 minutes. We can highly recommend Passage Villas. Thank you Michele and Svein for letting us be your guests.

Summary: We would like to take the time to thank Michele and Svein for their hospitality and allowing us to spend such a magical time at the Passage Villas. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rarotonga. Checkin was smooth, in fact, the owners were kind and flexible enough to let us know once the room was ready as we were on an early flight. The serenity and view the property gave was immaculate; you had the beautiful view all to yourself and surrounding was so quiet that we were truly able to relax and forget about our busy lives during our stay! The owners were also kind enough to let us know when a whale was passing by, it was amazing to be able to see this up close from your property! All of the recommendations Michele and Svein gave were excellent. Their communications were prompt and great (they even helped us out on something even when it was out of their office hours.) Our stay at Rarotonga was truly a rememberable one and no doubt deciding to stay at the Passage Villas was a huge contributor in this, thank you and see you again!

Summary: Michele and Svein were wonderful hosts, welcoming us after hours and setting us up for a lovely few nights' stay. Svien was always on hand to help in any way. The property isn't on a sandy beach; it is on a wild coastline, which was perfect for our kids - so no beach swimming, but the pool is large (one of the larger ones from our experience in Rarotonga). The room was good for a family. It is very old and tired, but they are in the process of renovating. The villas provide a good base to sleep and then go exploring the island for the day/s. The highlight of the stay was Svien picking a Coconut and opening it for the kids - they loved it!! Thank you
