Positive: A beautiful cozy place with love to detail. Everything was absolutely clean. The beds were compfy. We loved the tea and coffee and snacks in the lounge, but there were also great breakfast options in walking distance. It’s a great location to explore Cape Cod and the beach in Orleans is beautiful. Richard is an absolutely lovely host. We had a great stay.

Positive: since we were there off season, there wasn’t a sit down breakfast, just some fruit and coffee.

Negative: Everything was wonderful although the tv in the bedroom could have been a little bigger.

Summary: Had a wonderful time and will return.
