Summary: The only thing I'd say is that I noticed a little wear and tear in our room (dent in the door, etc.). But I wouldn't let that dissuade you from staying here! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed it and the suite room was perfect for me traveling with my 21 year old--we each could have our own space. Gym and hotel breakfast were also great and the underground parking option was super helpful.

Summary: For the price we would have likely stayed at the Delta for nearly half. Breakfast included was mediocre so we skipped it. Parking fee was extra

Summary: He stayed one night at this all suites hotel and it was great. We love that the kids could go to sleep and we had a seating space to hang out after bed time. It was very clean and we felt safe and comfortable staying there. We will definately stay again next time we are in in london.

Summary: Everything was great except towels were rough and stiff, not fluffy. There should be an optional bath mat. Slippery without one. Almost slipped. Otherwise great but a tad expensive. Will go through hotel next time, not third party. .

Summary: My stay was perfect. I booked through a third party, so when I arrived there were parking and pet fees, which the third party did not reveal. However, the charge to park and the pet fee was reasonable. The front desk was quick to respond to my requests for extra blankets and towels and were so polite. I wish the breakfast had sausage or eggs options; it only had toast, pastries, dry cereal, coffee and juice. The gym was awesome, however.
