Summary: I have stayed at the Park several times because of its professional and courteous staff, the nice rooms, and the central location of what I was there for.

Summary: We were allotted room in old wing which was smelly. Cigarette smell was prevalent although we choose non-smoking room. Breakfast has limited choice but it was tasty.

Summary: Older property but the rooms were great. The bathroom was okay. Overall the property was very well managed and very clean. Staff was polite.

Summary: The check-in process took long and was inefficient. The rooms were not clean, had water seepage and felt dark and stale, although the manager changed me to a better room, after complaint. The restaurant food is expensive and nothing special. There are better stay options in Bangalore.

Summary: HOTEL IS LOCATED IN VERY GOOD POSITION ON MG ROAD NEXT TO THE TAJ AND OBEROI HOTELS. THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I NEEDED TO COURIER A PARCEL AND ROSHINI AND FELIX WHO I THINK WAS THE DUTY MANAGER BOTH HELPED ME GREATLY. OUR FLOOR MANAGER ON THE SECOND FLOOR SANDIP INSURED THAT OUR ROOMS WERE CLEANED DAILY AND ALL SUPPLIES WERE TOPPED UP. THE HOTEL HAS ALL THE FEATURES THAT A FIVE-STAR HOTEL WOULD HAVE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS AN OLD PROPERTY WITH OLD FURNITURE AND CLEANLINESS IS NOT UP TO INTERNATIONAL FIVE-STAR STANDARDS. THIS REALLY IS A 4 STAR HOTEL OR AN 'INDIAN FIVE STAR HOTEL'.
