Positive: We were warmly welcomed by Nazeeh, who truly made our trip memorable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a large balcony perfect for relaxing. Nazeeh arranged bicycles for us and, along with the rest of the staff, was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. Although we initially thought our room had a bathtub (a mix-up on their side), they more than made up for it by offering us an extra night free of charge. This was such a kind gesture, especially since we had already mentioned we were considering extending our stay. We would absolutely return to this guesthouse on every future trip to Thoddoo and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the island. Unlike many places that are overbooked and where hosts don’t seem to pay much attention to guests, here we felt genuinely looked after. Having also stayed at another guesthouse with many more reviews and higher ratings, we can honestly say the hospitality at The Palms was on a completely different level. We left feeling satisfied, happy, and grateful for such a wonderful stay.
