Summary: The property was nice! Accurately described in the VRBO listing. It was equipped with the basic essentials which was wonderful. The host was super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The location was great to cover all of the sites around the Black Hills area. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: This was our central home base for our family vacation to South Dakota. The home did not dissapoint. Our kids slept great and enjoyed the ping pong table. If we are back in the Rapids City area, we would stay here again.

Summary: WE WERE THERE 9-16-24 THRU 9-20-24. WE LOVED THE VIEWS FROM THE DECK AND PATIO BOTH AM &PM. ALL OF THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THIS IS AN END UNIT AND VERY EASY TO GET TO. CODY WAS VERY EASY TO CONTACT, AND HE CHECKED IN WITH US A FEW TIMES. I WOULD DEFINANTLY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Summary: Three family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The owners have provided everything necessary including the most spectacular view. We used the kitchen and found everything necessary for meal preparation. The home is in excellent condition. So grateful I found this location on VRBO which helped made our trip to Rapid City memorable.

Summary: The Overlook was everything we had hoped for. We used it as a home base to see Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and more. Cody was very responsive and great with communication. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. People could play games and not disturb anyone trying to take a nap. The ping pong and foosball were a big hit with the family. The house is at the top of a hill and has beautiful views of the city below. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this location.
