Summary: The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well.

Summary: We had a great Mother daughter trip! We loved it. It was in a great location’ the owners were super friendly. They came and cleared the snow rather quickly, so we could get out and enjoy our day!

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The property was so comfortable and spotless. The falls are stunning and the location is perfect for exploring Seneca Lake. There is a cute cash only bar within walking distance and a local store across the street that is very quaint. The owner is super accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
