Summary: Overall, I was offered a good price, hence the choice made for this hotel. Quiet hotel near a park, plenty of space for parking. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. The only negative points are: - choice of meal/ only a set menu- and quiet average. - no central heating and heated with a/c so quite noisy during the night and o was woken up few times... Quite surprising this is a 3 stars, frankly it only deserve 2. Comment for hôtel.com: you should start offering better standards hotels

Summary: A pleasant stay in a nice hotel, but which is in a zone that is rather remote. The room and hotel are OK, though I would like to make two comments/recommendations. There is no reception after a certain hour, and when we reached this hotel at 21:00 on a saturday there was nobody there and the bar was closed. Normally, a boiler/kettle or a coffee machine should be in each room for guests to have a hot drink. There is absolutely nothing in the area and that left us a bit perplexed. Secondly, the toilette (Seprate from the shower) had a very weak ventilation such that odour needed some time to be removed. All other aspects were OK. The breakfast was very good.

Summary: pleasant reception; competent staff. Restaurant closed during week-days, no problem, staff is directing to facilities! Would come again, no doubt.

Summary: Price was quite good. There is no much to do around the hotel but since I arrived there at 8pm after a tiring business day. The hotel has a small gym and sauna for whoever needs to work out. This is not a very modern installation but it does the trick. The room is clean and small. It may turn cold in the night but they do have a heater in the room. The Wifi is of good quality for working not sure though for media. The staff at the hotel are very customer focused,especially the lady at the reception. In fact she was also the waiter at their restaurant. She is what customer service should be about: pleasant and welcoming. A five star employee! The only almost negative point is the choice in the restaurant. In fact only 1 menu was offered but the lady managed to come up with other solutions for starter and dessert. So, if I have to be near Saint Avold, I will certainly stay again there.

Summary: A quiet hotel in the small town of creutzwald. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The location is very pleasant hidden amongst trees, but only about 150 metes from a large lake with a path for walking, running et. There was easy access with an electronic key. If I was going to the area again I would use the hotel again. beware however that the reception closes early and it may be difficult to get into the hotel if you arrive after 7.30 pm. The restaurant next door is very expensive, and there is not a standard French reasonable price menu.

Summary: Doesn't look great from the outside and some of the interior decoration lacks good taste. I think it was decorated by someone who was colour blind. However, they are working on improving the rooms and the colour scheme aside the room was comfortable and clean. It is nice and close to a lovely park and lake which was a 2.4km walk all the way round. Literally 100m down the hill from the hotel. Not a lot going on in the local town. Good service from the hotel staff.
