Summary: Staff are polite & friendly,offers help.However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe?The bigger pillow,unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway,guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night.There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck.All in all I appreciated the staff.❤

Summary: Slow food service in the restaurant. Very expensive food price but it’s not equal to the value and quality of the food . Same goes to the hotel room price . This is probably a 3 star hotel
