Positive: location fabulous. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Welcome pack which was appreciated. Very well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Sliding wardroom doors in bedrooms were a nuisance. Extractor fan in bathroom was very noisy and woke us up at night if bathroom light was turned on.

Positive: loved the space and open plan, made it very sociable. good sized rooms. very clean..great communication and flexibility from the owner allowing early check in and late check out.

Negative: the bathroom fan is noisy in the twin room. it needed a cheese grater and wooden spoon. the parking is tight and only for one car.

Positive: Lovely location. House comfortable with easy access to facilities. Nice shower. We had a good stay there.

Negative: Heating didn't come on a few times. Owner sorted it but I think there's an issue with boiler pressure which hopefully will soon be resolved. Once it came on, house nice and warm. Beds in twin room were a bit soft.
