Positive: Beautiful peaceful setting surrounded by gardens and meadows. Good walks from the cottage. Cottage very comfortable and nicely decorated. Car charger really helpful.

Negative: Only thing that would improve it would be blackout blinds in the bedroom.

Positive: The property is really nice. The kids loved the mezzanine level in the living room, especially the hammock! The place had everything we needed to rest, relax and eat between trips out to explore the local area - including Battle (ie of Hastings), the seaside at Bexhill and mountain biking at Bedgebury. The fireplace made everything cosy when we returned home (a bit cold and wet!). Tessa was very helpful and communicative with us before and during our stay. All in all, a great weekend. We'll be back!

Negative: Nothing really springs to mind. There is only one bathroom/toilet (which we were expecting) but that was fine for the four of us for the weekend.
