Positive: Lovely house comfortable and clean and broucher was informative and lovely touch with the goodies that were left. Would definitely book again

Negative: Did find it a little hard to find but because it was dark when we arrived found Google maps on phone found it better than car sat nav

Positive: This property is beautifully decorated and feels very homely. The owner has clearly put a great deal of effort into making the home welcoming, and it contains everything needed for a peaceful getaway. The photos really don’t do it justice. Parking outside the property was easy with a bit of reversing either in or out and enough for 2 cars if needed. Downstairs, the living room is lovely and cosy, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The Prosecco and biscuits were a fab surprise and didn’t last long! It was great to have an outdoor space to soak up the sun too. Upstairs, the double bedrooms are spacious with plenty of hanging space, and the beds are large. One of the large beds (top floor) has a hard mattress and the other (middle floor) has a soft mattress so we found a bed to suit everyone. I liked that there were wireless chargers on either side of both beds. The bathroom is well equipped and the water pressure in the shower was great. Finally, everything was spotless and looked brand new. I had a couple of back and forth messages with Nathan and he replied quickly every time. Thank you Nathan for making us feel so welcomed, we will definitely return

Negative: There’s really nothing we didn’t like but we wanted to just mention a couple of things…. Not an issue for us, but for any other travellers with mobility problems the stairs are really steep and take some concentration! That said, it’s a charming feature of an older property so no complaints at all from us. The other thing is the main road. Again, there’s nothing much the owner can do about it (except maybe coming together with the neighbours to cut hedges back / put a visibility mirror opposite) but just to be aware that pulling out onto the main road can be tricky depending on the time of day

Negative: Single bed was stained which we noticed after stripping them on the last day. Stairs were a bit of an issue until on the section with a handrail. Very strong onion smell in property when we arrived which took a good while to clear.
