Positive: Spacious and quirky with fantastic view.

Negative: There weren’t two futons in 4th bedroom, one was at the bottom of the stairs in an open area. Both futon covers need to be cleaned, the one downstairs was badly stained and smelly, very off putting, would need to be replaced. No sheet or towels in the 4the bedroom and no bedclothes at all on the downstairs futon. The fridge in the kitchen/living room was also very smelly. The stairs are steep and could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues, a small hand rail on either side at the top of the stairs could help particularly in going down.

Summary: Apologies for the negativity but my comments are well intentioned, we made the most of our time there but would not go b

Positive: The location and the house was lovely in general. Everything you could possibly need was there. Lovely showers and facilities.

Negative: It’s really a three bedroom house advertised as a four bedroom. The fourth bedroom was advertised as having 2 futons there was only one. My sons don’t like to share a bed. The futon wasn’t even made up so when the cleaning lady came back to do it she was not friendly and very abrupt. There was a strong smell of sewage in the kitchen area we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.
