Positive: Amazingly friendly, we had a very long day and didn't arrive until about 11pm, but we were welcomed with cups of tea, sandwiches and just a really welcoming greeting. Our breakfast was amazing, all home cooked, the bed was so comfy and we slept well.

Negative: The room wasn't on suite, but, we are fine once we realised.
