Positive: Lovely views from the beer garden and cosy/inviting indoor bar with friendly staff/owners. Dinner of home made pie with a good selection of vegetables was excellent. Comfortable bedroom with good shower. Great freshly cooked breakfast using quality products served by friendly and attentive staff.

Positive: Breakfast: tasty and sustaining for the rest of the day. Location: rural and peaceful but close enough to town for access and convenience. Comfortable room, able to watch sheep and ducks. Hot shower and good water pressure.

Negative: Trying to keep shoes clean when walking to and across car park.

Summary: Anne and Tom were helpful and friendly and gave much needed local advice. A most enjoyable stay.

Positive: Beautiful views - stars at night just wonderful and frosty fields this morning with a stunning sunrise .. Delicious meal cooked by Anna last night and great chats in the bar with Tom! V comfortable bed so slept well ..

Positive: Where do you start ?? Spotlessly clean room , great bar with loads of history ..amazing dinner , all home cooked and delicious. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family
