Positive: Weather was perfect over quiet bank holiday w/e so we greatly enjoyed the balcony at both ends of the day. Splendid bathroom Very comfortable bed Spacious esp huge bathroom

Negative: Breakfast fine for a coffee house, a bit disappointing by usual excellent B+B standards (eg no cereal etc) Near main road, could be noisy with windows open

Positive: The photos didn’t do the room justice and the en-suite was lovely! Very clean, well presented. Staff were super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Positive: We stayed in the Beaumont Room, a beautifully appointed space featuring a charming balcony. While the view was modest, the overall ambiance was quite delightful. The building itself is rich in history, blending original architectural elements with modern enhancements that create a luxurious atmosphere. The small door and steep stairs added a unique, quaint character to the experience. The bathroom in the Beaumont Room was exceptionally well-designed, featuring dual sinks, a spacious shower, and a luxurious freestanding bathtub. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Summary: It is relatively costly for one night, but it is definitely worth the experience.

Positive: Bed was comfy ,rooms were exceptionally clean, bathroom was great 👍 clean and large . Hadn't pub across the road chippy quite close , would have been good to get a full English breakfast in the cafe down stairs but it was shut, not sure if it's part of the quest house ,easy access to the house .

Negative: Could do with hand rail at the top of the stairs as the stairs are quite steep , No sugar down stairs for the breakfast brews or cereals, Only 3 bananas ,should have been 4 so we could have 1 each,but everything else was great ,
