Positive: Super comfy bed, Fantastic Pub/Restaurant across the road serving top quality food and Ale. Secure parking, and ideally situated for day trips out to many locations. What more could you want. Oh and not to forget, very reasonable price. We loved our three day mini break here.

Positive: Beautiful village and building, good links to explore locally. The room has everything you need for a short stay.

Negative: The room was very noisy at night- the fridge, pipes, fans etc made it hard to sleep. We also found the advert confusing as per which apartment we would be in and how they each differ. Ours was just a bed and bathroom with a microwave and fridge.

Positive: Belting little ground floor . Flat . All equipment for self catering . And lovely peaceful village. For a relaxing couple of days away. Place just needs a few minor repairs . But for the value it's brilliant . Thanks .

Positive: Clean property and check in instructions from owner very clear and easy. Totally passable for a short work stay over, but wouldn't book for a nice holiday away.

Negative: Bed is two flimsy singles pushed together, never a good start. No idea where the secure parking is - I parked on the street in the village. No cooking facilities, just a microwave and a kettle - this isn't clear from the photos on booking.com. Had to do the washing up in the bathroom which is a little weird. Poor heating: small electric heater struggled to warm room, sporadically the large radiator would come on some days - unable to control this myself. These details could be easily fixed with a little more investment from host.

Summary: Very average, made me feel like a student again doing the washing up in the bathroom sink...

Positive: Great location in the village. Easy access, compact will all requirement.

Negative: Not sure where the secure parking was located but might have missed instruction! Couldn’t get the tv to work. Kept saying that it needed to be tuned. The sheets we amazingly creased - shame don’t look good.
