Positive: It has been converted to a very high standard and is very modern in an old building. It is very high tech and all the appliances and fittings worked well. As you would expect it was immaculate throughout. At another time of year one could sit outside in the enclosed space. The property is very centrally located with the City Centre,cathedral etc within easy walking distance. We do not have much experience of physical disability but the downstairs bedroom and bathroom looked ideal for someone with mobility issues. The Welcome Pack was very good also

Positive: Modern, fresh, and immaculately clean. Quiet. Toiletries availiable. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Soft towels. Well equipped kitchen, with quality cups/glasses etc. Welcome pack e.g. coffee making, chocolate, cereal. Beautiful plants and a 'homely feel'.

Negative: Nothing! Zero complaints :)

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful holiday home!

Positive: From the booking onwards the whole experience was flawless. Rozane was fantastic. Three of us stayed and we came for a very important reunion with friends. The property absolutely made the weekend even more memorable. The location is perfect for walking into Ely, but is also very quiet and secluded. The property itself was stunning. Very airy and light, and a great design. Would highly recommend. We will 100% be staying here again when we next travel to see our friends.

Positive: The property is finished to a lovely standard and was extremely clean and spacious with really comfortable beds. The location is great, walking distance to everything Ely has to offer with plenty of free on-street parking right outside the house and a waitrose very nearby. The hosts were extremely attentive, answering any questions promptly.

Negative: It’s a shame the downstairs bedroom isn’t more private with a wall rather than a vertical blind. The various heating thermostats weren’t easy to operate, despite referring to the host’s instructions, so the house was very warm.

Summary: A lovely, clean, spacious, modern property at a very reasonable price.
