Positive: The house was beautifully decorated, with each room having its own subtle theme. Super cosy, especially with the log fire in the evenings. The garden and outhouse were perfect for relaxing outside. Great location too with Cromford Mills near for scenic walks, and there are local pubs, shops, and a chip shop just around the corner. Dog friendly, which was a big plus

Positive: Lovely well appointed house. It felt welcoming the minute you stepped through the door. We did think it may be a bit of a squeeze with 5 adults and dogs but it wasn’t in the slightest. It had everything we needed and more.

Negative: Nothing not to like. We would all happily stay again.

Summary: A Lovely, well appointed homely house that catered for all our needs and more . We all agreed we will definitely return.

Negative: Felt like the parking was an issue at times when booking through Booking.com our main filter was a parking space which was advertised. You were not guaranteed a space had I known this I would not have booked it although its a lovely place to stay. Think the stairs should be mentioned very steep and fairly dangerous to the top of both stairs. Not enough room for 6 to sit downstairs but very comfy otherwise.

Positive: We all loved the house, and its location is brilliant, very close to a shop, cafe and pub. Handy little garden, the house had e writhing g we needed, games, tv, fire, comfy beds, towels, hair dryer, dog bed, and was lovely to have a pint of milk ready so we could have a cup of tea on arrival. Was also nice if the owner to let us check in early as the house was ready. I would definitely recommend, and we would stay again. We loved all the walks near by, the black rocks, and the local pub does lovely big portions of home cooked food, very friendly too, and most places locally are dog friendly.

Negative: I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like, that was an issue.
