Positive: Very cosy , thoughtfully put together accommodation.Found it easy to get around as I am disabled.

Negative: Needs full length mirror in the bedroom. Also side table other side of sofa.

Summary: Very relaxing, and comfortable. Nice area and we will return.

Positive: The quiet rural location. The accommodation was exceptional, very modern, and had all the mod cons you could ask for, as well as the extra special touches like homemade scones and biscuits, tea towels, and even little pots of tea, coffee & sugar. The hot tub was clean & quite new, so a lot quieter than most hot tubs we have been in. The owners were exceptionally helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Our dog could get under the gate leading into the garden, I mentioned it, and they put extra wood on the bottom so that I could freely let my dog off the lead without him getting out. It was so calm and tranquil and really comfy and homely. We can't wait to return for another visit. Thank you to Jo & Dave for our wonderful break ❤️

Negative: The only thing which was only a little annoying was the front door had dropped so quite difficult to open & close.

Positive: Ideal location for us. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Welcome pack was great and kept us going till we could get to shops. Hot tub was a bonus. A great place to stay if you want quiet and serenity. The only downside was a lot of flies within the property and a lot of wasps on the patio which would indicate a wasps nest nearby but other than that an EGGcellent place to stay and would recommend it.

Positive: Lovely property in a great location! The hot tub was fantastic and one of the best we’ve ever used. Great facilities for our little dog too. The lady who runs it was very nice and even left us a beautiful hamper to after a slight booking mishap. Perfect location near to Bude and other desired places to visit! Overall fab, will be sure to come back!

Negative: Nothing at all! Could maybe be improved with the use of a washing machine maybe but nothing at all we didn’t like! It was lovely!
