Positive: We had a lovely stay wished we'd booked for longer. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped loved the jacuzzi bath and it's in a fantastic location. It's a short walk to the Dam surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. We had a really nice meal in a Italian restaurant on the Dam.

Negative: Nothing we didn't but the stairs are very steep, we'd have liked a hand rail or handled on the stairs to grab. Also the lights in the master bedroom and bathroom flicker

Positive: We liked how warm, cozy and comfortable the property was. The kitchen facilities were excellent, the house layout was charming and delightfully quirky. We very much enjoyed our short stay, and enjoyed watching the chickens.

Negative: The parking was a little awkward on the street, but unavoidable.

Summary: We highly recommend the Old Dairy as comfortable and homely accommodation, and would love to return.

Positive: The Cottage is very cute and is very clean, a few handy breakfast items were supplied. Comfortable double bed and good shower. Lounge area comfy. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good TV and DVDs etc. There is a garden table and chairs outside for nice weather. The location is in a lovely area near a Country Park. Is more more suitable for younger to middle age couples on their own or with a child/children.

Negative: Very limited (free) parking on the narrow road is very challenging. No other parking available nearby. Rough pathway down to cottage challenging for elderly (in our group) & infirm. The stairs in the cottage are not suitable for elderly or infirm, no handrail. The second beds mattress more suitable for younger people/ children. The bathroom needs a bit of attention to the metal trim on the skirting as It could catch someone's leg. The Re-cycling bins need a bit of sorting for those guests who like to be clean and orderly etc.

Positive: Good location, easy to access house and local area

Negative: The house smelt of stale cigarette smoke, especially in the living room which was unpleasant. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The heating was set to 16.5°c which was chilly and there were instructions not to touch the heating settings
