Positive: The Old Barn Annexe was compact and really comfortable. It was really well equipped - Gina had provided everything we needed for our stay and we were enjoyed cooking there as well as eating out at local pubs and restaurants. The attention to detail was excellent and we very much appreciated the extras that were provided and enjoyed with our afternoon tea and breakfast. A comfortable bed is a pre-requisite for a good night's sleep. We found the bed extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see and do nearby. Fishbourne Roman Palace is just down the road and the Weald and Downland Living Museum is very close by. Chichester is very easy to get to without having to use the A27 bypass! We will definitely stay here when we return to the area to explore places we missed this time around.

Negative: We really could not fault the Old Barn Annexe.

Positive: The property although not big catered for every need we could want. Cooking facilties a nice clean and tidy guest annexe all through. Gina was very friendly and thoughtful regarding anything we might need. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again.

Positive: Every detail was to the highest standard and brand new. Every facility had been thought about and provided. Super bed, great kitchen and dining area, lovely bathroom. Great range of complimentary breakfast items were provided (milk, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cookies, and chocolate) - all unexpected and again of the highest standard. Three different ways to make coffee (again, all provided).

Negative: Nothing - it was all of the highest standard

Summary: A fantastic self contained apartment space providing absolutely everything (and more).

Positive: Liked everything about our stay. Gina was a lovely host. The bed was very comfortable and there was a well equipped, super clean kitchen and shower room. Lots of different teas and coffee including a coffee machine. A selection of treats was a lovely surprise. Close to Chichester and Fishbourne. Close to several nice gardens and other attractions. Great location. Fantastic short break.

Negative: Would have loved to stay longer.

Summary: Loved it! Will be back, thank you for our holiday.

Positive: Very easy to find, great instructions from great host. Lovely setting. The main room had been well designed, and felt quite spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, and toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. It was lovely to have real plants in the room, and planted pots outside the door. The welcome goodies were a bonus, and delicious. Plenty of storage space, even for our case which fitted under the bed The Royal Oak a short drive away was open all day, and did good food. We would definitely stay again, and for longer.

Negative: A very small thing - great to have a light on both sides of the bed for reading, but while looking nice, the ones in situ didn't give off a good light for that. But if you wanted mood lighting, then perfect!!!
