Positive: The service was outstanding. I arrived having lost my phone in the taxi; the bell team immediately recalled the cab number, contacted the driver, and had it returned—above-and-beyond. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious and very quiet, and every staff member I met was pleasant, professional, and proactive.

Negative: Nothing material to note—everything met or exceeded expectations.

Positive: Location is really nice close to the very nice Zhongshan area. The swimming pool and the spa area with hot bath was what we also enjoyed the most. The beds were also comfortable and nice to sleep on.

Negative: The people at the door didn’t handle the luggage properly. We had 3 heavy bags and the person tried to drag them around and broke the seam of one of our luggage. We offered them to carry ourselves instead to not damage them more.

Positive: The location is excellent. Extremely convenient to MRT. I stayed in a suite and it was great. I recommend booking a suite over their standard room. The quality of the suite is 5-star.

Negative: The sound at times could be heard from other rooms/hallway, etc... However, the corner suite I was given did an overall good job of reducing the sound.

Summary: Splurge a little and stay in a suite. You will be happy there.
