Summary: The view was stunning, and the beach super clean. The access to the beach was easy, and the pool and common areas were clean. Our screen porch was great, but the guests directly above us smoked cigarettes and other things, so we were smoked out a few times, and the hotel staff did nothing, even though we had to sign a document that said smoking was not allowed. We mentioned our concerns twice and nothing was done.

Summary: The overall resort was very nice, the staff we encountered were very welcoming and pleasant. The only discomfort we had was the mattress in our room was very uneven, there was a noticeable hump towards the middle left side which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other only thing was that there was a slight odor when we entered our room for the first time, but after a couple hours we didn’t smell it again. Nothing to much to complain about.

Summary: The pool side room was nice and clean and smelled good when we walked in. The staff was great, especially the front desk and the employee at tide beach bar. Only downfall The bed was fairly hard and not very comfortable. We had a great view and a great first experience and we will definitely be back. The food and drinks at tides beach bar is excellent!!!

Summary: The Night time staff was horrible! We checked out the first morning of a 4 night stay. The day manager was helpful, but couldn’t stay after the rudeness of a couple of employees

Summary: This was one of the worst rooms we’ve stayed in at The Oceanfront. We were very Disappointed! We had a booked a Dunes room to begin with and were very excited but due to my husbands work schedule had to change our arrive date by one day and lost out on that room. We had to make a whole new rsvp pay another deposit and ended up with a not as nice room. The room had a bad musty smell. Terrible shower although the water was hot really hard to get the water rinsed off and out of your hair. Bathroom space very small not lot room to get ready dry hair. Never want a room like that again

Summary: Just ok. The bad: The two front deskmen were creepy. The man delivering towels was rude and mentally unstable….quite possibly a future serial killer. The bar at the pool wasn’t open. The towels felt like sand paper. Check-in time was 4pm. Overpriced. Parking availability wasn’t convenient. The good: Room was clean. Air conditioner adequately cooled the room. Friendly staff in the restaurant/bar.

Summary: Love the location. Room was older. Sliding glass door to balcony foggy so couldn’t see out half the time, and very hard to open. Elevators very old and very hot. Property definitely needs some TLC.

Summary: The location was great. The quality of food in the casual restaurant was very good. Breakfast was fairly basic though. Facility was tired and apparently understaffed, resulting in poor service. We had to ask for towels to be replaced on our 2nd day because no one came to our room, as was expected on a daily basis. We had a maintenance issue with the toilet, which was not properly addressed. I would not recommend this hotel.
