Summary: Pigeon poop ALL over our private pool… disgusting. Staff just kept apologizing throughout the stay meaning we had to constantly talk about it. Annoying. Didn’t even offer to comp our dinner bill or anything… cleaned it after we explicitly said we didn’t have time to use it (very late at night w early morning departure). I actually get the bird poop thing (nature!) but it was just handled really poorly. Would not return.

Summary: A remarkable, unique property with superlative staff. Every need attended to, thoughtful touches, frequent check-ins with staff. The amenities (pool, bath/body soaps, buffet breakfast) are outstanding, truly an escape from the hot, hectic nature of Jaipur. Expansive resort, much more attuned with nature than a modern-style luxury hotel, or the old-world opulent converted palace alternatives.
