Positive: We were upgraded to a gorgeous 2 bed villa with private pool which was really appreciated.

Negative: A couple of staff were clearly trying to do their best but others were inexperienced or aggressive. The food was dreadful, no wonder dinner & breakfast were included in the price as both were really poor. No lunch of any kind available apart from waffles or crepes. The spa clearly was not operating but no one told us that, instead they said it was fully booked or the following day something had broken & so we couldn't even use the sauna. no idea what the situation was but the experience was a big minus. .... definitely not a 5 star experience.

Positive: The location of the resort is fantastic, on the hill, away from a very crowded Malia, with extraordinary view on the see. We book the villa with the private swimming pool and it was fabulous. Very spacious for 4 people, the swimming pool is very large and there was privacy, if you asked your lunch was delivered to your villa. We enjoyed it quite a lot, on Saturday there was a Greek wedding there, so we enjoyed also watching it at dinner. The staff was very kind, everybody very helpful and kind, We had all we wanted. Excellent value for money, but there was quite a discount, since it was a bit of a late season.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. Location was beautiful but a bit far from the old town. It was a very steep walk up the hill and there was no shuttle of bus survice. This was a bit dissapointing for a 5* hotel.

Negative: Swimingpool closing hours, the prices of the food and drinks in the restaurant and bar, the lack of a shuttle service up and down the hill

Positive: We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a sea view, two couples, for the second time. The service at the hotel is perfect, the staff is courteous and responds to every request with a smile and kindness. The villa is well-equipped, clean and simply perfect. The location of the hotel is truly dreamy, located on the mountain, with a simply stunning view, and is close to all the main places. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will definitely be back♥️

Positive: The best panoramic view i have ever seen! I visited "The Noverian Scenic Crete" for relaxing and it was a lovely experience! I will visit it again with my family this summer! The manager ,Mr. Michalis, was so helpful and so easy to reach him anytime! The room was very clean and very big.The staff was so friendly, I met most of them and they were so smily! Last but not least, the amenities in the bathrooms are dope! Try them all before you leave!
