Summary: Great location and kitchen access was a plus for breakfast options. For the solo budget traveler without a car, there is no luggage storage, so be prepared to time your check in for the exact time with a key code access. if the company gave access to the lounge area only, this would be a plus.

Summary: Great location within easy walking distance to the town and sea. Had to keep bathroom window open due to smell from drains was really only negative thankfully it wasn’t that cold

Summary: Very uncomfortable stay I have never left a poor review before but not much was good about this stay. When we arrived we found door downstairs open to the patio and it was chilly. Our room upstairs was too cold and no way to increase the room temperature. We are not sissies but we had to sleep with our street clothes with sweatshirts on. It was a long night! The couch was in poor condition and uncomfortable. On arising I found that the wrong shape toilet seat was installed on toilet and it was partially unattached in the back so seat not stable. The faucet on the bathroom sink was loose. The slider for the shower wand was broken so wand was too low and water sprayed straight out at face level. The water temperature was hard to regulate AND there was no caffeinated coffee in the tea tin. This property is in a nice neighborhood, but it is a very stripped down and not “premiere” as advertised.

Summary: The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again.
