Positive: So well provisioned, even though we didn’t take advantage of everything this lovely place had to offer. Loved the fire pit and the nice walks up to the plaza area. Such a great location in the middle of beautiful wine country.

Negative: Just could have used a little better instruction about laundry upon leaving. There was no laundry soap so we just put the sheets and towels in the washer.

Summary: Perfect. Would stay again and recommend to others. Thank you.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The trifold slider onto the deck was a plus!

Negative: The pointy rocks in the driveway and around the property. Hard on some shoes and dog paws. No fence.

Positive: The property instructions were easy to follow along with messages and questions/requests to the property owner. Thankful for all their help and approval on some of our requests and appreciated their quick response time! The exterior & interior set up were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware, utensils, spices and necessities plus nice size fridge and freezer, was modern and perfect to make meals. The interior furniture was comfy, it was clean in every room. Nice modern feel but still cozy. Last item to make it feel more like home is the stacking washer and dryer at the Nook. There is a driveway dedicated to the Nook. It was a major plus, made for easy unloading/loading. The back patio deck and side yard were cool to enjoy your coffee/breakfast while enjoying the outside and view of downtown Paso Robles. We definitely stay again and have already shared with family and friends.

Negative: All Great, just a minor thing the local trash trucks do their pick up early Friday morning. It not a big deal as it doesn't last long.

Summary: Cute cottage with full kitchen, comfy furniture, clean & great location

Positive: Property was extremely clean and amazingly well kept. Looks as if it was recently renovated. Well equipped kitchen you need to proper a great meal. Quiet and comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Negative: No every place is perfect, and the only concern I have is that despite our best efforts, some water inevitably escapes from the shower. Clearly not just during our stay, and evidenced by the discolored quarter round.

Positive: The driveway has easy access to the cottage. The kitchen is huge, and very well equipped. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Several windows open, allowing for fresh air. The AC works well in the living room/kitchen area (only). The back deck and side seating areas look nice, but it was too hot in August to be outside. The property is convenient to the west side of Paso.

Negative: There is a plum tree branch hanging over the driveway that scrapes the car - it cannot be avoided. There is only a loveseat to sit on - a chair would be nice. The AC does not cool the bedroom - there is a tower fan. Getting out of the shower is treacherous as the toilet blocks the opening - there needs to be a grab bar on the wall. There were no tissues in the house. And a real peeve: we had to buy coffee filters.

Negative: Nothing everything was great! Only thing that could've been better is having a hot tub.
