Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location - very close to white town and beach. You canwalk and explore most of the places Cleanliness - very clean and really well arranged and furnished No contact property and all instructions provided clearly Value for money and very helpful owner

Negative: Parking - street parking. Could be tricky based on your luck. But the owner offered to help. Structure of the building - staircase is in between the bedroom and kitchen/bathroom. The people on the 2nd floor will also be using the same stairs that go through the 1st floor. It is manageable but some can feel uncomfortable.

Positive: Our stay was extremely comfortable from start to finish. We were landing in Pondicherry very early in the morning around 6 AM, and the host was understanding enough to help us with an early check-in, at a reduced price. Since it was just me and my mom travelling, she went out of her way even before check-in to reassure us about safety. She clearly explained how safe the area was for women travellers and even shared pictures of the surroundings to help us feel more comfortable. She also took the time to speak with us beforehand, which really put us at ease. The property itself is new, and we were among the first guests. Everything was extremely neat, clean, and very well maintained. She was also very accommodating with small miscellaneous requests, for example, helping us with an iron and was always responsive and happy to help. Overall, this was a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended, especially for women travellers and families.

Negative: In terms of areas for improvement, it would have been nice if drinking water bottles were provided daily. We received only two bottles for the entire 3 days stay. Additionally, while all basic toiletries were provided, improving the quality of the towels, especially with a better fabric and higher thread count would make them more comfortable to use.
