Positive: It was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom.
Negative: There were a few basic items missing. This was resolved by the host.
Summary: A peaceful stay and a good base for Dublin and surrounding areas outside the CBD

Positive: Very classy. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. There’s a tennis court too. Very nice area but you definitely need a car as it’s semi rural.
Negative: No living room tv and couch was on the upstairs landing mainly because it’s part of a huge house that’s been separated out although very private- there is a dining area.

Negative: There wasn't no blinds in the bathroom where the bath was special when you have builders working across your view, with delivery happen also into the morning as I book this area out the way I was hoping for a lie..in but couldn't do that because of the noise.no TV in any of the bedrooms only had 2 seater sofa and 1 TV too watch as a family of 5 thas ridiculous as you couldn't seat together comfortable. Also no netflix as I ask for code it was sent but didn't work. Wasn't worth the money I should ask for some money back..

Positive: The location is excellent. Really close to all amenities and locations such as Johnnie foxes, bray and the Wicklow mountains. The cottage is situated in a very peaceful area. Use of the tennis court was a great addition. Communication from the hosts was very good and they were helpful when we had a question.
Negative: It needs a good deep clean! The bathrooms and bedding were clean but some areas were very grubby, such as the inside of the fridge and we have to scrub the oven pan and grill as it was so sticky. There were also coffee stains splashed up the stairs that we cleaned up ourselves. Lots of cobwebs on the windows too. The downstairs area is very small, there were 4 of us and we felt squashed in. Some of the furniture needs updates as cupboard doors were hanging off and no blinds on some windows.
Summary: We had a lovely stay but had to clean before using some facilities which you don’t want to have to do on holiday. Fabulo
