Positive: Very near to the Biruni University hospital. Helpful, friendly staff.

Negative: One of the rooms we were offered during our stay smelt unpleasant. We were offered an alternative room though. I was told I could not take a bowl of cereal out of the restaurant (my travel companion was feeling unwell) - we had paid for two people to stay and for breakfast so this seemed unjust.

Positive: I had a very pleasant stay at Nirvana Hotel Istanbul. From the very beginning, the registration process was handled smoothly and professionally by Mr. Furkan, who made everything easy and efficient. I would also like to thank Mr. Ümit, İrem, and Veysel for their warm welcome and hospitality – they made me feel comfortable right from arrival. Special thanks as well to Yaman, Caner, and Miray for their kindness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The staff in general were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

Positive: The staff are amazing , the managers are friendly , the receptionist are awesome , and the cleaning lady Güldeste is the sweetest .

Positive: Breakfast was a very varied spread with many tasty local dishes. Room was clean and presentable.

Negative: Wifi kept cutting out and so TV streaming was difficult but you’ll likely be exploring the city each day and not watching TV so not a major issue. Bed sheet was a little rough and thin.
