Positive: Modern, spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. 10-15 min walk from the city centre with lots of places to eat and drink, but great kitchen if you wanted to stay in. About 25mins to walk to the beach.

Negative: bath towels we’re a bit small and thin so bring your own if that bothers you

Positive: Beds were very comfortable, loved the little touch of chocolates, beautifully decorated and light filled, clean, modern apartment, I loved the bath and the master bedroom, it had a nice balcony, the view was lovely of the mountain and the city lights at night but it also looked out at a development site and old car park and train line but was surprisingly quiet. A very comfortable stay.

Negative: I would suggest the windows need to be cleaned, it marred the view in the lounge room. The oven needs a clean. Otherwise the apartment itself was very clean. Unfortunately the fridge did not work. Understandably, a hard item to replace quickly. The host had hoped to have a new one in place before our stay, an ice box and a complimentary bottle of wine was provided. It was a lovely apartment and very comfortable, and we were grateful for the thoughtfulness of the chocolates and wine, but I believe for the price we paid for a five star stay, I had slightly higher expectations.
