Summary: This is a good albeit spartan apartment with a great location in Stanwood. Highlights include a washer and dryer and a quiet location within easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. It’s very safe as it is across the street from the police station. The owner is attentive, but I found the check in process cumbersome. I would recommend this property.

Summary: Beautiful property and nicely appointed. Just like all the pics and great location in town. Kind of close to railroad , but it didn't bother us, and the owner provides earplugs. We will definitely be back

Summary: Very clean and convenient inside the unit. The proximity to railroad tracks created some sleep interruptions at night and never could figure out the European style coffee pod-style system, but those are the only drawbacks I can think of. All in all a pleasant stay.
