Positive: It was lovely to be personally met on arrival by Diletta. The apartment was beautifully appointed and tastefully designed and thought out for every need. We felt very comfortable and at ease, the location was quiet and within easy access to the centre by foot. Would happily return!

Positive: Everything was perfect. Close to the train station and within the old city, it was an easy walk to the Cathedral and Castle and there are many restaurants close by. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and well furnished. The owner is extremely helpful and we appreciated the special extras like toast and jams, breadsticks, bottled water and even fresh flowers. She even carried my heavy suitcase upstairs for me and arranged a taxi for us when we left. This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in and I highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Ferrara.

Positive: Ideally located, beautiful, very tastefully furnished apartment in which nothing is missing. Diletta's warm welcome with fresh flowers and typical Ferrara bread made the stay perfect. All in all, our expectations were exceeded, and we highly recommend "The New Place."
