The location is absolutely perfect — tucked away just enough for peace and privacy, yet close to everything you’d want: cafes, beaches, and the best of Bali’s vibe. Before arriving, I almost canceled my booking after reading a negative review mentioning construction noise and cleanliness issues. I’m so glad I didn’t — that review was completely misleading. There is no construction anywhere nearby, and the villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The atmosphere is super chill, the design is stylish, and I think it’s ideal for groups like us… 12 adults, wanting to have fun, breakfast service, great atmosphere and easy communication. Highly recommend!

Positive: The staff was absolutely amazing. Lia was super attentive, made daily breakfast, and just wanted to ensure that everything was good with myself and the group.

Negative: The mosquitoes and fruit flies in the kitchen area/living room, and bedrooms. A zapper would have definitely come in handy, everyone got bitten pretty bad. Also, to exit 2 of the bedrooms you have to go through the bedroom of other guests.

Positive: Very nice villa, very comfortable, safe, complete facilities, quite spacious rooms, all good bathrooms, comfortable living room, clean swimming pool, complete kitchen and dining equipment, feels like home because whatever you need is available.

Negative: Actually, this is just input, not something I really don't like: If the 2 front rooms facing the street were given sound-reflecting grilles and silencers on the windows, it would be able to reduce noise. Even though ear plugs have been provided, it would be better if this was done. need a parking place that is easier to access

Positive: The villa was very comfortable, the decor was modern, the amenities in the kitchen were complete, the team was very responsive and accomodating, and the location was good - about less 100m to a great coffee spot and convenience stores, and about 300m from a hair salon. The property also came with free breakfast and pool towels. Pretty central location. Lia was a great cook and attended to our needs.

Negative: Next door was a construction site so that was noisy. Two of the rooms were also by the street so that got a bit noisy too with traffic. The upstairs bedroom separated from the rest didn’t have black out blinds so it didn’t black out the morning light. The breakfast could be improved by adding a menu for guests to choose from.

Negative: Value for money, way too expensive for what we received, toilets blocked up, showers flooded, beds were hard, very noisy, worksite next door with a jackhammer going most days, outside one of the bedrooms where my grandson stayed in was a tree growing through the verandah he could completely fall through it.
