Summary: It was a great place to stay. The room was very nice and was clean. After working in a hotel for 9 years, it being clean is my biggest concern. This room had a few blemishes but was very nice. Wish they would have had a pop machine and ice machine. Lived how they had codes for each room for security and one for the main door after a certain hour. I had a good bed to sleep in. Needs to have something to explain that tv remote and programming but that was the least of my worries.

Summary: Will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This place is more like short term rental apartments than a hotel. No housekeeping even when requested 3 times!! I went to front desk at 10:30 am which hardly ever was anyone there so you have to call a phone number, which I did after our 3rd day there and requested clean towels, trash to be emptied and floor swept, we got back to our room several hours later and no one had been there so I called AGAIN since no one was at the front desk and had to leave a message, we left again and came back a little after 7 pm and no one had been there!! Needless to say we were very annoyed by then, so we went back to the desk and someone who had just arrived had no idea what we had requested and just gave us towels and an extra large trash bag. Still no housekeeping-we were there 7 days!!! No ice machine could be found, barking dog 2 rooms over every night between 9:30-10:00. Our room reeked of dirty dog and cigarette smoke, the elevator floor was disgusting and was finally cleaned up after the 4th day we were there. You don’t get key cards it’s a 6 digit code, no lobby to speak of. Don’t spend your money staying here. Wish I had know all this before booking and prepaying because we definitely would not have stayed here.

Summary: Had a great stay. Very clean and spacious. Came to Indiana for a weekend to go to a concert. Good location to food and stores. Very clean room/bathroom. Use a code to enter room and property (after hours). Functional kitchen with Full size fridge and dishwasher. Would definitely stay again if I come back to see a show at Ruoff Music Center.

Summary: Hotel was very nice. Room was huge and clean. Everything worked as it should. Staff was friendly at both check in and out. Road noise is the only downfall. Bit louder than we had hoped.
