Positive: The rooms are squeaky clean and spacious. Hats off to the staff for maintaining the rooms so well. The hosts Pratibha & Vijayan Nair are welcoming, thoughtful & helpful. Awas beach is just an 8mins walk away. The property has a little lawn to play badminton & a carom board. We had a peaceful & serene stay here. The meals were tasty and perfect for the 2 of us. Vijayan Sir recommended a lovely place for dinner. Both of them are always available on the phone and ever ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place for a weekend stay.

Negative: There was some misunderstanding abt GST being added to the actual amount told by booking site..the owner says this problem always occurs..we had to pay GST amt over and above the amt by booking site

Positive: The place was so serene, beautifully amidst nature... just what we wanted. The hospitality was top notch. Amazing amazing food. Awesome parathas.

Negative: Awas is pretty far from major locations but that is what brings it closer to nature and peace.
