Positive: The pool was great, the place was peaceful, no noise, and serene. It had a vintage South Indian home feel. The dining area was perfect and spacious. The staff were polite, helpful and respected privacy

Negative: Construction was ongoing while we were staying. It didn't create noise, but would have been nice to see a polished place.

Positive: Expect the room which was passable, the property, staff and food was exceptional

Negative: The room could have been more lighting, and with newer furniture, there was big spider under the bed which we found out during checkout

Positive: The location is very remote and peaceful. The staff is very friendly (Kauhsik) starting from the reception until checkout. Stay here feels like living in the nature.

Negative: If you are travelling with family its better to reach the location before 6 PM. Once it gets dark the approach road becomes little bit difficult to drive and the route is singe road ghat. If you are travelling with friends, it will be a thrilling experience.

Positive: The best part about the resort is the staff and their hospitality. Food is very tasty, just home cooked. Mr. Sunil was very humble in proving all the necessary guidance regarding the directions, the itinerary. Since we had visited here in the peak monsoon season, we were skeptical to go to mandalpatti as it had been raining cats and dogs. But Mr. Sunil only suggested that it is safe to visit during monsoon as well. Also he recommended us the Golden Temple (Monastry) which was on the way to our resort . Kaushik is a very generous person. He was just a call away to ask for any service . The view from this resort in very beautiful. It is located right in between the coffee plantations. However the only con or rather you can say challenge to reach this property is the road through which we enter which is almost 10kms of narrow one way path. First time visiters can get scared if some other vehicle is also coming from opposite direction. But from my experience, I would say just don't give up, you will reach the resort safely only if you arrive before sunset or getting dark. Otherwise it becomes so dark, foggy and if it's raining you might get spooky feels. So it's better to arrive during daylight and do not go out in the dark. Prices of the food items was also very reasonable and potion size is enough for 2 people. Overall it was a decent stay here.

Positive: A great place to unwind and relax. With a great atmosphere. I need to highlight the caretaker Kaushik. He was very helpful all around with all the needs Rooms are clean and with all the basic necessities. Food is really good and home like. 10/10 for me
