Positive: Really cool place, modern industrial-like interior. Very roomy, and each bedroom having it's own bathroom is great. Clean! A couple of minutes drive to a large grocery store.

Negative: No big complaints at all -- great place. If I had to mention something it's that the place is a bit chilly, but turning the AC up (down? depends on how you look at it I guess) helped a bit. Was a little hard to find the right turn to get to the parking spots behind the building, maybe there should be some more signage there.
