Positive: The room was fine and clean, the lady who checked me in was very kind, it met the expectations for the price.

Negative: It would be great if there was wifi in the room, unfortunately it insn't the case (there is internet outside). One thing that lowered the evaluation was a rooster which was running freely around the room being insanely loud from 4.30am and didn't stop until 11am. So I only got 4 hours of sleep over there, it was impossible to ignore this. I was running outside at 6am trying to chase it away since it was sitting right in front of my cottage all morning long making noise.

Positive: Comfortable bed. Property well positioned on the main road. Basic shower soaps etc provided and 2 bottles of water.

Negative: A pity that the coffee shop/restaurant is not functional, as there is no place within walking distance to get to a convenience store or restaurant.
