Positive: Always an amazing stay at this hotel! I'll always come back. I love the views from the room and that you nearly have a private beach to yourself. It's one of the best locations in Phuket. The staff is great, food is incredible, and prices are very reasonable.

The customer service was truly exceptional—every member of the staff was professional, warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The location overlooking Nai Harn Beach is breathtaking, the environment is peaceful, and every part of the property is spotless and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean every single day. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes and high-quality ingredients. Every meal I had was enjoyable. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the overall hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Honestly, this is one of those rare hotels where everything feels perfect. I loved every moment of my stay and can confidently say it deserves a 10/10. I genuinely didn’t want to check out today, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and I had to leave. I will definitely be returning whenever I visit Phuket again.

Negative: It's a bit isolated, nothing besides the beach in walking distance. So you need a car or motorbike or rely on ride share.
