Positive: Clean and good location. Served a purpose and doesn’t pretend to be anything else.

Negative: Bad knees and heavy cases didn’t fair well in the three flights of stairs. Mini bar could have had more water. 1 luke warm, small bottle between two people. We stocked up at the supermarket across the road the next day.

Summary: Fine. No frills but value for money and was available

Positive: I had a very warm welcome from Tracey on reception when I arrived and all the staff I met were super friendly and helpful. Excellent location and really clean bright room with everything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Positive: Great shower, air on and TV. Tracy and her team were really helpful and engaging. Scrupulous cleanliness in bedroom. Proximity to all bars, restaurants and tourist attractions but not noisy.

Negative: Creaky bed and, characteristic of the Island, mosquitoes (not the property’s problem)

Positive: Location is the best. You walk through Nelson's DockYard, cross the parking lot and there you are. Supermarket across the street. It's right in the middle of everything. Price is good for what it offers.

Negative: No plate and cutlery in the room. But I could borrow that from the restaurant below, so no problem there.

Summary: Best location during Antigua Sailing Week. Good value for money.

Positive: Great location, new furniture and fittings, free Netflix above a good restaurant

Negative: No Reception and no one there on arrival or departure. My room had a kitchen extractor outside it! That’s the view and the noise until 10pm and from 6am.
