The Moulin of Boursac is a historic mill dating from the 14th century that has been lovingly transformed into a luxurious and comfortable 6 bedroom villa that is sure to impress. Located in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, it is 200 meters away from the ramparts of the medieval city of Vence. Surrounding it is a landscaped park of approximately 4500 square meters with a large swimming pool safe from prying eyes. A peaceful haven close to all commodities and attractions.
How can you not be won over by its old stones, its vaults, its millstones, its presses and its decanting basins which transport us to another time?
The mill seduces by its allure, its generous volumes and the strength that emanates from it. Built on approximately 500 m2, it offers a main building composed of a spectacular double living room with fireplace and dining area where authenticity, aesthetics and character are invited, a spacious kitchen and a laundry room, close to the millstones and the large water wheels, as well as four superb bedrooms (which all have King or Queen-sized beds and en suite bathrooms) including a master bedroom which opens onto a huge private terrace bathed in light.
At the back, passing through a pretty corridor, there is an annex with a fifth large independent bedroom (which has a King-sized bed, a lounge area and a private bathroom), a dormitory (which has 4 single beds and doubles as a games room) and a vast shaded terrace overlooking a small inner courtyard.
