Positive: Excelent location, the most well designed unit I have ever stayed in. Every possible detail for function, storage, and flexibility has been considered in the design and placement of furniture and accessories. Clean, comfortable beds, washer/dryer combo, patio in front, ice cold AC and everything needed to make coffee and tea in any way you prefer, from filter coffee (American style), to Greek coffee, Nescafé, Nespresso and all the necessary supplies (coffee, coffee pods, tea, honey sugar, stevia, etc.) Left us a small carafe of wine, fruit cake, chocolates, and pretzels. Even a new sponge and wipe for the counter. And soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. I could go on and on...free parking right outside the unit...
Negative: Everything was perfect. Only thing you need is water and milk (for coffee/tea) which you can get from the spotless corner market next to the exceptional butcher and if I have to be super picky, picky, a dishtowel for the kitchen is all I needed (there are paper towels, though, so don't worry...)

Positive: Monolith was very clean and comfortable. It is located in the quieter of the two towns, which we prefer. We loved the quiet town, the restaurants and the hiking trails near by. We would highly recommend this rental!
Negative: Only problem we had is the hot water ran out two nights in a row. So two of the four of us had to take cold showers. Other than that the place was perfect!
