Positive: Excellent location in quiet area although close to the chaos of Khao san road and surrounds. Exceptionally clean and large rooms.

Positive: Very modern facilities. The rooms offer everything you need: couch, big tv, kettle for tee or coffee, a blow dryer, fridge, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional with a lot of variety. The hotel also offers a pool and fitness room which I didn't use but it's available.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at The Moment. The hotel feels modern and well taken care of, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location is great and made getting around Bangkok very easy. The room was big, spotless, and comfortable. The gym was surprisingly good, and the pool was nice and relaxed, never too busy. Breakfast was a bit different from most hotels. No big buffet, everything is made to order from a set menu. I personally loved this and thought the quality was great. Overall, a very comfortable and easy place to stay in Bangkok.

Negative: My girlfriend would have liked more options at the breakfast, so that’s something to keep in mind.

Positive: The hotel is tucked away on a very quiet little side street. The pool was lovely and cool and the sunbeds very comfortable, the complimentary towels were big and fluffy. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything about the room was perfect. The complimentary water in the room and in reception was a nice touch as it meant there was always ice cold water on hand when needed.

Negative: My only critcism was that the air con in my room wasn't great. It basically never got turned off during my 3 night stay as it never really got cold enough to chill the room. I put the air con on the lowest temperature with the highest fan speed and it never really cooled the room down enough

Positive: Absolutely everything was excellent. The commodities, the staff, the food, the location... I couldn't ask for more! This was my fifth time in Bkk and this was, by far, the best hotel I have stayed in. It helps being brand new but I am sure they will keep up the quality
